Could be better

Good value. Good location. Good facilities.. Friendly staff. But, the TV doesn't work unless you bring your own Fire Stick and no one tells you about it until you're there. In fact, no one tells you anything until the day before you're due to leave, despite trying to communicate with them. Also, some stuff wasn't in the room so we had to buy it, though most was.

The best place to stay in Panama

I don’t even know where to begin to tell you how amazing this place is; but here goes…..
Location: Excellent, there is a mall across the street and a Reys (supermarket) less than a two minute walk (if you stroll then it’s 3-5 minutes). Costa Del Este is one of Panama’s higher end neighborhoods and safe.
Food: Walking distance from Salvaje (which is a must) and many other restaurants around. You can find American and Panamanian food in the Mall as well.
Attractions: Most tours will pick you up from this condo. Uber is cheap but again everything is within walking distance so no need to stress.
The Condo: this place comes fully equipped with everything. A rooftop pool with amazing seating, a sauna, gym, terrace, game room, a squash court and the view is a beautiful 360 of Panama ( no need to visit a rooftop bar in the city, just grab a few bottles from the liquor store and relax here. The condo comes with pots and other cooking utensils, so if you’d rather have dinner at home this is also an option. The place is beyond clean (bathroom had a view). It had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer so no need to bring home dirty laundry.
I could go on and on but I’ll stop with just saying the staff (huge shout out to Karen) at this place goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is excellent. I’ll be back soon and you don’t need to guess where I’ll be staying.

Modern, Safe & Stunning Stay!

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures! We stayed in unit 1508 and it felt brand new—super clean, stylish, and in a very safe area. I was nervous about booking last minute, but check-in was smooth. Irving greeted us and made us feel at home.
Another huge plus is the location—you’re right across the street from a beautiful, modern mall with tons of great stores, cafes, and restaurants. There’s also a dog park directly across the street, as well as a family-friendly park nearby that’s perfect for walks or letting the kids play. Costa del Este is such a fantastic area! clean, safe, and ideal for both relaxing and exploring. It really added to the overall experience!
A few areas to note:
The hot/cold water is reversed (hot = cold), but once we figured it out, the showers were amazing! Rooftop pool and lounge area? Perfect. Lobby? Bright and comfy.
A few more notes: no dishwasher, no shelf in the shower, and makeup lighting was really dim. For longer stays, bring your own paper towels, dish soap, and coffee supplies—plus there’s no dustpan for sweeping.
Still, we absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. Would book again in a heartbeat!
