I had an amazing experience at AC Marriott. The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable visit. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I’m already counting the days until I can come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Dirty Sheets!
Do not stay here. Place is not up to Marriott standards at all. Hotel has definitely seen better days, it’s not in the greatest neighborhood and it is dirty! I had to be given a new room due to my first one having bodily fluid stains all over! Even my second room had the same issue! I showed pictures to staff and they finally got brand new sheets I think, but it was absolutely disgusting!
The only positive of the hotel is the staff. They are very good.

Not recommended - Shuttle didn't turn up, not a restful sleep either
We had a less than optimal experience with this hotel. We booked the rate that included the shuttle from the airport. First of all, the hotel gives you no options to just request the shuttle online. You have to call them, which I did. We were supposed to catch the 10:30pm shuttle. When it didn't arrive around 10:25pm, I called the hotel and they said it was "stuck in traffic". There was no traffic between the hotel and the airport. Other shuttles were coming in regularly too.
After waiting for another 15 minutes we realized that it was not going to come anytime soon and we were tired after a long journey. So we got a cab to the hotel. I was questioned on whether I had really booked the shuttle and whom I'd spoken with. Then they said that shuttles after a certain time were provided by a private company and they couldn't always control them.... like that was somehow my problem to solve. We were given our room and was told that I could call their Manager the next day. I said I wasn't going to make that effort and that he should be calling me. They did give me a 15% discount which kind of paid for the taxi cost.
Our room was okay.... the linens were basic and the pillow covers were rumpled for some reason. But no big deal. The big deal, was that the coffee machine's blue light kept blinking all night (No, we didn't do anything to turn it on). Couldn't figure out a way to switch it off. The next morning we also found that the water pressure sucked in the shower.
I have to say that the breakfast was really good!
The Manager wrote to me the next day, asking me some of the same questions again and apologizing. But he never got back to me again.
The hotel is nice, but I wouldn't recommend it because of bad service.
On our way back, we needed another overnight airport hotel. We chose differently and were very happy. It cost less too.

Great location and facilities
Great location, excellent facilities (for our budget) and overall great service.
We did experience an issue with checking in on time. We were supposed to check in at 3pm, but there seems to be a problem with the room and couldn't check in until 5pm.
Considering that we had a long flight arriving in Panama City, the wait felt even worse dues to the tiredness of the traveling. We finally got a nice room, and the rest of our stay was fine, but that was a terrible beginning. Staff was friendly (most of it). We only had breakfast in its restaurant, and it was a typical buffet style.

The agent who checked us in was lovely and really tried to accommodate our early check in. The rooftop pool was a delight. Great location.
