Still my favorite place to stay!! The staff is incredible!! Location is fantastic, I can walk to most everything I need. I keep coming back because of the staff though, they always lift everyone up and are very helpful.

The location of this Hotel is 5 starts if you are looking something walking distance from everything, the hotel was ok not good not bad, hot water wasn’t working good good but for me the location was very important. Oh if you are in the floor 13 on Saturday night is very noisy. Important this hotel doesn’t have parking

We stayed here for 3 nights. Night 1: no problems. Night 2: air conditioning was out for about half the time, the water didn’t work properly much of the time, the internet didn’t work properly (slow, cut out, or didn’t work), the power went out several times, etc. Staff kept giving unrealistic estimates as to when these basic necessities would be restored.
I have no idea if this is a normal experience—I suspect not. But this was a really bad experience. Staff didn’t do anything to compensate us, other than give us free breakfast on the final morning upon my request. I requested more compensation, and they gave me an email address to contact to request a refund—I expect this to be ignored.
All in all, a very uncomfortable, infuriating, and poor value stay.

Great hotel, big and quiet with comfy bed

Daniela went above and beyond to make my family's four days stay memorable. Highly recommended establishment.
