An unforgettable stay that touched my heart!

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I came to Panama with no plans and ended up staying five nights instead of two, because of the hotel. This place embraced me like home, full of warmth, kindness, and soul. Every detail, from the warm hospitality to the peaceful ambiance, reflected thoughtfulness and soul. This isn't just a hotel; it's where comfort meets kindness.
The staff are warm, attentive, and truly go above and beyond. Pure class!
The owners offer their help wholeheartedly, and the receptionist is simply a wonderful person, more than just a concierge, with a truly unique spirit. And the bartender? She is absolutely first class!
Thank you for creating such a beautiful experience. I carry it with me, and I'll be back!

Horrible neighborhood!!!

Horrible neighborhood!! My friend is retired special forces/paratrooper and he wouldn’t stay there due to the bad neighborhood. We have stayed in many areas in Panama City and were fine. When we tried to cancel the reservation for above stated reason, they refused and charged us anyway!

Pretty much windowless hotel.

In the hotel's lobby, you can smell cigarettes. On higher floors, corridors are damp even with dehumidifiers running. The room had one window, however, facing the corridors not outside. Nightstand light had to be unplugged to be turned off. In the middle of the night, the power was interrupted, and the generator came on, right below my window. I went to talk to the receptionist about changing the room , but nothing was done. Looks like the area adjacent to the hotel is not the safest one. Security guard in front of the hotel and police presence on every corner.

A hidden gem

Excellent place, it is a place that does not show what it has inside, I fell in love with the pool area, the fountain is something you have to experience
The attention was very good from the receptionists but I feel that it can improve with the other collaborators.

Bonus!!!

This was our second visit, the price for the location is spot on however the hotel itself makes the cost very low for the wonderful qualities of the facilities. Very very clean. Extra bonuses in your small but very well done room. The roof top outdoor bar and lounge area us amazing the pool is dmall but very very nice. The owner Victor is an extremely lovely man.... well done Victor! If this hotel was several blocks away it would easily be much worth more per night. If you comparing with other less expensive hotels around that area such as the Saloy or Carribe they are not as nice as Casa Miller not even close!
