The staff was wonderful and the amenities were a plus the house keeper that was assigned to our room 419 was very respectful and kind I would definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel looking forward to returning

Moldy rooms

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Booked it using points from our travel card. I think the going rate for this hotel is overpriced for what you get. The room immediately had a mold smell but it wasn't until day 3 I discovered mold growing by the window and on the carpet and over a door (for an adjoining room). It's not surprising given that there is no exhaust fan on the bathroom for water to escape. My daughter got "sick" the day after we stayed here and was better the day after we left so I wouldn't be surprised if she were just reacting to the mold.
The restaurant was pretty good after a long day of travel. Decent food and prices. The pool was nice to cool off in. The staff was very friendly.
We were shaken down on our last day by a maid knocking on the door at 8 am reminding us to leave her a tip. I was pretty irritated by that but glad she didn't wake my toddler up.

Hotel is “ok”.

Location was central in the “middle” of the city. Hotel was ok. Front desk staff was nice and the doormen etc. the internet was good and room was clean. The Internet was very good. Bathroom was clean but wasn’t a fan of the toilet. They have a very commercial toilet like you would find in a public restroom that feels like it will suck you in everytime you flush it lol. Bathroom was kinda small. The beds and pillows were comfortable. They DO NOT have sound proof windows so you hear everything from outside especially the party buses that drive past. The restaurant is very expensive. Actually the best food I had while we were there at the location was a little sidewalk vendor that was right outside. It was great. Overall will you be unhappy? no but I think a little changes need to be made that can make a huge difference.

Comfy beds, nice breakfast selection, polite and helpful staff. Convenient location.

Attended for a special convention and Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very good breakfast with a wide variety. Enjoyed the omelette station. Pool area was very relaxing in the evening and the two for one drinks made by Aristides and Jairo were delicious. Daila, the housekeeper for our room, was friendly and thorough. Front desk where friendly and accommodating, even offering us an umbrella.

Breakfast was ok and dinner. Room was dusty. Staff nice when they are there. No spa.
