The room is spacious . . the air conditioning is working well . . there is a large wardrobe and I must mention that the lobby is very elegant and fits a VIP class. The breakfast is great and the breakfast area is as impressive as the lobby. There is a great Mall across from the hotel.

Splendor to be recycled

It is a hotel with great history. they stayed kings of Spain, great artists etc but it remained in the wave of the 80 . The splendor could be restored by pulling out those old carpets and laying floors and painting the rooms that were blasted and damp. Curtains and padding, stained... You have to modernize the bathrooms, climbing bathtubs is like climbing and an elderly person is impossible. The toilet flushed water so that not even the paper goes away.... But it has potential to become the great hotel again because it has the structure. It has a swimming pool, tennis court, many floors. And a spectacular breakfast. The staff is polite and friendly. The price tb indicates that it is fair because it is economical-.

Decadent and extremely dirty

The hotel is decadent, very dirty and with dishonest people. I paid for 03 days in advance, but the hygiene conditions of the room did not allow the accommodation. I informed that my son was starting an allergic process because of the conditions. I asked for a new room or so that they would return me the value of the last diary (already paid) for me to seek another hotel, but they did not accept. With the deteriorating health of my son I had to leave even without receiving the refund of what I paid in advance. I ended up cancelling the trip to other cities and shortened the holidays to go home and take care of my son's health. Get out of this hotel.

My Queen bed room was large and clean. It had a mini fridge. The AC kept the room cool for sleeping. Breakfast was good and had many fruit choices, pastries, toast, juices, scrambled eggs, cut up hotdogs, bacon, coffee tea and milk for cereal. I thought there was two free small bottle waters included. At checkout the man at the front desk tried to charge me for two bottle waters. The hotel is located downtown Asuncion, a short walk to the tourist sites that are downtown.

Repeat customer - this is at least my 5th times. Love the atmosphere of this old hotel - beautiful wood and salon. Love the buffet breakfast, nice pool. Internet was good and TV had some English option.
