Relax - Peace
Very good hotel, facilities, super clean. Clean and comfortable beach.
Excellent attention from the waiters: Juniors, Alonzo, Claudia, Danitza, Geraldine, and Chande (excellent bartman)
The food is excellent.
Ideal to go by car, because it is a little removed from supermarkets, etc. but it is solved by ordering taxi or motorcycle taxi.
It's not expensive!!!

Swimming pool with mold
The toilet at the beach and pool was lousy, it was like swimming in a swamp, we stayed two nights (Saturday and Sunday) no day they cleaned it, despite it being weekend. The only thing that saved the stay was the food was good during the stay (so I gave it two stars), as sometimes the water went out in the room.

The worst hotel of all I have been to.
The nauseating smell at the entrance of the hotel presaged a bad omen. It is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever been in, the staff was very hostile, never a smile in the 5 nights we stayed.
-The room: The electric shower passed electricity, the room door opened every time you opened the bathroom door (we had to put a chair at night to lock it), basic television signal.
-Restaurant: Breakfast time, the worst of all: very loud music (or Maná or reggaeton at an inconceivable volume at 8am for a rest hotel), the breakfast coffee thin and without body, the scrambled egg inedible, one night We waited 1 hour and a half for a tuna cause.
-Facilities: The pool is in very poor condition, old lounge chairs with mats in a precarious state and children running and screaming everywhere.
-Reception: Miss friendliness, never a smile, never a good morning, good afternoon or good night, very rude. You can tell that the staff is either fed up or doesn't like working at what they do. Based on my experience in hotels and restaurants, I think that because it is the only hotel for miles around, it takes advantage of the customer with the overall treatment, they have no direct competition.
*Summary: I do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE, terrible Treatment-Price ratio. The deficiency in many basic aspects of customer service would only improve with a total change of staff and new management.

Relaxed hotel with a very nice beach
All in all we liked our stay a lot. The service was always friendly and they cleaned our room every day. They also borrowed us things like glasses and ice without charging us anything and let us drink our own drinks in the pool or wherever we wanted.
The room is directly at the beach and has a little fridge, which is very handy. The pool is big and clean and most importantly the beach is very clean in comparison with other hotels we have been to in the area.
The only negative thing is that the restaurant is very expensive, so we would recommend to go to Zorritos to eat (Arriba Perú is an excellent, cheap restaurant). The hotel is about half an hour from Zorritos, but there are colectivos passing regularly so it's no problem getting there.
All in all very recommendable! Although I should mention as well that we bought our stay on Groupon so we paid quite a bit less than the regular price.

Falta de limpieza y mal servicio
Debe mejorar en la limpieza ya que tuvimos cucarachas muertas bajo la cama por dos días, pelos en las duchas... A pesar que decían limpiar las seguíamos encontrando. Teníamos que rogar por papel higiénico ya que no lo ponían diariamente. El servicio en el restaurante recontra lento. Los panes del desayuno parecían petit panes, incluso un día me fuí sin desayunar porque demoraron 40 min. Deberían organizarse para poner a más colaboradores en días de alta demanda y el administrador debería estar más atento al servicio para salvaguardar la experiencia del cliente. De los 5 días que estuve sólo uno limpiaron el bagazo del mar que estaba frente a sus instalaciones. Las instalaciones son cómodas y se ven bien, pero la limpieza y el servicio no es negociable
