The worst experience
A very disappointing experience. I don't recommend it.
We booked this hotel as a rest stop on our trip to Arequipa, as we had 7 hours to go. We chose this place because it seemed to be one of the most decent based on photos and comments on the web, but the reality was very different.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the amount would be in dollars, but they did not accept dollars and applied an arbitrary exchange rate, well above the official one. In addition, they rounded up the amount “because they don’t charge pennies,” which we found to be an abuse. We were very tired, so we decided to stay, but the experience was even worse.
The receptionist's treatment was unkind. The room claimed to have a sea view, but the view was to a courtyard. There was no hot water, and after 45 minutes waiting, it was still not working. The light in the room did not go out completely, which made it very difficult to rest well.
In short, the Service does not correspond to the price charged. Poor care, sloppy facilities and misleading advertising. I would not recommend it and would not stay here again.

Hotel with little transparency and unreliable
I stayed at this hotel with low expectations but with certainty that I will find basic services, unfortunately it was not.
1.- do not have hot water. When you report it, they ask you to let the water run and they don't even go near to check. I let the water run 15 minutes and it was still cold.
2.- do not have restaurant only cafeteria. We ordered delivery and they wouldn't give us glasses or cutlery. We had to demand them and they only gave us cutlery and coffee plates plus not the glasses, we no longer insisted.
3.- booked by booking and the price in soles + taxes did not match what they wanted to charge me. Reason: they were guiding themselves on the price in USd and placing an exchange rate alien to the current reality, first they told me 3.83 , which was unheard of, then they called the “manager” and told them 3.7 that it was still much higher than regulated. The current tc is at 3.54 regulated by a SBS. Hotels tend to go up a bit the same, understandable, they go up about 10 points. Doing tc.3.64. They put the one they want. Poor transparency but it was late and I still decided to pay what they wanted.
3.- At their exchange rate came 235.76 but they round you up, charging 236. When claiming, they indicate that this is always the case. The difference is minimal but it's not right to do that, it's a robbery. And it is not the amount even if it is 10 cents, it is the transparency and trust that any user expects.
4.- We asked for rooms with sea view and is what they offer on their page and gave us room with internal view, they did nothing about it

We spent one night to break the long drive from Paracas towards Arequipa. Good location, a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the main road. The structure would not even be bad, but would need more care. anonymous and basic room but clean and with the necessary, even terrace overlooking the sea. Comfortable bed, pillows too high, lukewarm shower. Minimal breakfast, bread with butter and prepackaged jam, tea, long coffee, a freshly squeezed juice and scrambled egg. Positive note the guarded parking. Average price. However, it remains a valid option to make a stop.
