The Secret Ingredient Was Them ❤️

Juanita, Marlen, and Neli are three rays of sunshine who made every morning at El Balcón feel special. Their breakfasts are cooked with so much love and so much sazón that I decided to spend my last night in Cusco having dinner at the restaurant too. Best decision ever.
They served me the most colorful, delicious hummus and veggies platter, followed by grilled alpaca over creamy potato purée that I’m still thinking about. But more than the food, it’s their energy that stays with you. I can’t wait to come back just to share another meal—and soak up their warmth all over again. ❤️✨

I love staying at El Balcon. It was my second time and just as great as the first. The rooms are cozy and clean, with excellent bathroom facilities. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The staff are incredible!

Beautiful and cozy!

Phenomenal! This place was so warm and quaint. I absolutely loved my stay here. I recommend anyone who is looking for a unique stay in Cusco to stay here.
Real fireplaces, fresh locally farmed food, and excellent house keeping.

One of the best stays of our trip

Excellent from start to finish. They surprised us with a room upgrade at check-in, and the room was clean, comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was good, and the staff — both day and night shifts — were friendly, available and genuinely attentive. Easily one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended, good value and relaxing atmosphere.
Located at the top of a hill but otherwise quite convenient to the city center.

We love it!

We used this hotel as a base for our trip. It was excellent, we were with an elderly person and two teenagers and the hotel was super comfortable for everyone. The staff, especially the restaurant, was amazing, preparing everything with a lot of care and attention.
