Family Trip to Cusco

Excellent service. My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Intiwatana. Juan Carlos, Monica and Angela provided great customer service. We felt very welcomed!

Do not stay here.

Rooms were nasty, bed full of hair and stains. Fly was in our room. No heater, foul odor upon entering the room. Showers were not properly cleaned. Stains on walls and hair all over the floor.

Horrible place

This place is unsanitary is dirty beds are all dirty with human hair all over blood stains and not clean shower’s are filthy and clogged with hair
