Charming hotel in a good location
I stayed in this hotel for three nights. The common areas are very nice.
My room was rather dark, with a narrow window in a corner, and could use some renovation. There was also little space for storage. However, it was clean, offered a view into a beautiful courtyard, and the Wi-Fi was good as well.
The bathroom was okay, and the shower had enough hot water.
My room on the ground floor was quite noisy; I was woken up every morning by noise (groups leaving early in the morning and talking loudly in the reception area).
The safe in my room did not work (the battery was dead), but the reception gave me the master key for the safe, so I could still use it. I found that very accommodating.
The breakfast was very good and left nothing to be desired. Once, I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was also good.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the room cleaning was always good. I also used the laundry service, which worked great.

Great service
Everyone was really nice, the service was exceptional and quick, and the rooms are neat and cozy.

Great location and Ambience
This hotel had all the amenities I needed for my visit to Cusco. It had a nice lobby. Friendly, accommodating staff. Clean rooms (stayed in 2 different rooms before and after the hike). Clean bathrooms with hot water. It is very close to the town square and a big church. I would stay here again if I ever come visit.

Great location and services
Great location, only a couple of blocks away from the main plaza. The food, services, and rooms were great.
I want to highlight the kindness of the concierge and the female receptionist. We (family of 4, including 2 kids under 11) arrived around 6:40 am after waking up at 2 am to make the flight, and the male receptionist on duty told us to wait in the lobby until noon. The tour company didn't consider that, even when the 1st tour would start at noon. We were very tired, and as soon as the female receptionist arrived, she helped us get a room right away so we could rest.
After that, the rest of the experience was great. Highly recommend it.
