Very nice property and one of the best breakfast buffets on my trip! It's in a very convenient location too. I had a very simple room but it was clean and the bed was very comfy.

Gorgeous old building right in town. Extensive and delicious breakfast buffet. Large rooms with heaters. Lovely staff.

Great service and thoughtful touches
A straightforward, comfortable stay with service that went above expectations. They accommodated an early check-in despite being fully booked, which was a huge help after travelling. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly throughout. Breakfast was fantastic and started early — a thoughtful touch for anyone with a morning departure. Oxygen is available around the clock, which made a real difference at altitude.

Nice quiet and historic hotel in city centre
We had a great stay here as a family (older kids) for a few days. Location is obviously ideal and the courtyard is really nice to relax during the day or pre dinner drinks. The conversion from convent is done well so real historical charm to the property.
Staff were all helpful, especially on the door helping with bags in and out of excursion buses and taxis.
Breakfast is top notch- extensive selection and open long hours. The restaurant was also good quality for a meal when we didn’t feel like going out to city centre.
It’s not the cheapest hotel in Cusco but I’d say it was worth the prices - we stayed after the Inca trail so felt worth it for well deserved relaxing days.

Restorative Sanctuary in the Heart of Cusco
City center, beautiful, extremely clean. Staff was very helpful/friendly and met every request. The atmosphere was restorative and historic. Complimentary coca tea provided throughout the day. Massage staff were professional and warm. Richard provided complimentary oxygen to help with altitude headache. Could not recommend this place or the staff more.
