Very good service at the hotel as well as in its restaurant. Recommended

The carpeted rooms and bedding were super outdated. The room didn’t come with hand towels or a bath mat. The shower was dirty (mildew and dirt).

Lousy, not worth it.

Lousy attention, we were given a family room (a two-seater bed and a one-and-a-half-seater) without towels, without mirror, the shower had no light, there were no local TV channels, the toilet totally spoiled: the water passed, it was not cleaned. We made the complaint about the toilet 3 times and the fourth time they just fixed it. If you leave your car in the garage you must wait for everyone else to take it out before you can move yours, but if you want to leave early, it is impossible.

Not a bad option to stay while in Huaraz - try to find a room that is a bit quiet

The hotel is located near the plaza. Has an elevator. Smaller clean restaurant - breakfast was included. Lunch was very inexpensive and not bad at all. The biggest issue I experienced was dogs barking in the middle of the night. Sightseeing tours are arranged by this hotel - usually in smaller vans. (depending on the operator)
