Lovely stay at a great location and the host was very helpful and treated us like family.
Nice location and close to Miraflores. The drive from Airport is about an hour but worth it for being in a safe neighbourhood and close to historic places and the beachside boardwalk which we loved. We walked a lot so didn’t mind.
Nothing to call out. It’s an older style building and a bit dated but overall clean and we were well looked after by Ofelia.

Excellent value for money & very friendly
We stayed here for 3 nights on our recent visit to Lima. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Miraflores, just a 2 minute walk away from Huaca Pucllana and with a large supermarket two blocks away. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly - there were 3 of us travelling and we had a triple room with a private bathroom. We asked if we could use the fridge in the shared area on the top floor (for keeping drinks and snacks in etc) and the lady very generously said we could move the fridge into our room for the duration of our stay. The bathroom was one of the best on our trip, clean and with soaps etc, plus a good shower with plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable, there was also a TV with cable access.
There is a shared kitchen on the first floor which is welcoming and serves free breakfast in the mornings. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The free Wifi worked well and was fast. No air conditioning in the rooms, but not really necessary in Lima - we visited in early May and the weather was warm but not at all uncomfortable.
Casa Rodas II represented excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.
There is a shared kitchen on the first floor which is welcoming and serves free breakfast in the mornings. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The free Wifi worked well and was fast. Great value, secure accommodation in good location in Miraflores
Stayed with two brothers on two occasions when in Lima. Great location in Miraflores. Very secure, good value accommodation with friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast with homemade jam for bread rolls and really good organic coffee.

Beautiful home base in Lima
We enjoyed every part of our two week stay at the Casa Rodas II in the Miraflores district of Lima.
The entire facility was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. It is located on a quieter street in a very safe neighbourhood, close to great restaurants, groceries, shopping and tourist attractions. There are three floors of rooms and multiple shared bathrooms, most with showers. Our room was outside of the main building but attached to the main floor of the house. It had a double bed, comfortable bedding, a chair, TV and book shelf/desk. The bathrooms, showers, common areas and hallways are spotless. The laundry facilities on the roof top are a needed convenience during an extended stay.
The staff, especially Ophelia and Marcos, are extremely personable and caring. The pride they have in offering guests such clean, friendly accommodation was evident daily throughout our stay by providing clean towels and bedding, a delicious breakfast each morning and a genuine interest in maximizing the enjoyment of guests and their understanding of this energetic city. In an extended stay with people as wonderful and generous as Ophelia and her staff, a feeling of becoming friends rather than hotel guests is fostered. You leave with a sense that you have known them forever and will miss them when it is time to go.

Volunteer Group Stay
Very welcoming and extremely helpful hosts Ophelia and Mercedes made our 2 week stay memorable. Good location in Miraflores.My wife and I were fortunate to enjoyed only room with an ensuite, room 1. Ate all our breakfasts here and most of our dinners .. very good and varied basic Peruvian food.
