Front staff not understanding. Hotel did not state a passport was needed to stay and did not let me check in. I lost my reservation, time and money and had to quickly book with another hotel in the middle of nowhere.

My king bed room was medium size and clean. It had a mini fridge, large screen TV but no hot water kettle to boil water. Daily room cleaning. Breakfast was basic continental, scrambled eggs, cut potatoes, rolls, juices, cereal, cut pound cake, two choices of fruit, sliced cold cut meats, coffee and tea.

My king bed room was medium size and clean. It had a mini fridge, large screen TV, but no hot water kettle to boil water. The AC kept the room cool for sleeping. Breakfast was basic, scrambled eggs and cut potatoes, juices, rolls, cut pound cake, cereal, two choices of fruit. Coffee and tea. Daily room cleaning.
No sliced bread and no toaster.

Must stay at this hotel.

For change of itinerary LATAM sent us for one night. Very far from the airport, travel approximately 45’. Very old building, no heating, noisy until very late for the location. Central neighborhood and very unpleasant surroundings.
The food offered at night extremely basic. Breakfast better.
Friendly and helpful staff.
