Our family getaway all year round!

I love how big the villas are, when you’re lazy to walk on a hot weather you can just call the F.O and a cart will fetch you to go to the wake boarding place, the view deck, the wave pool, volleyball area or to the parking lot. With Pradera Verde they will spoil you in their most genuine way possible! Whether you’re for long stay or just for a day the staff are very kind and hospitable One of my favorite places in the PH! Just an hour or 2 from Manila ❤️

Fantastic hidden gem!

The Pradera Verde is a wonderful find in the same neighborhood where USA hotel chains are charging $200 per night. I was concerned that it is like being a guest in someone’s home. Then I realized it is exactly like being a guest in someone’s home! You are treated like family here. Whatever you need, just ask and it will be taken care of promptly!
The important features: hot water, a good bed, a clean room and a great breakfast.

Nice clean hostel

I stayed at the Pradera Verde for 3 nights in a private room. I arrived at 2 in the morning. The check-in was nice and quick. I was able to pay for my stay with a Master Card. The room was upstairs in a roof typedeal area. There were two private rooms side by side. The two room shared a shower/bathroom. My room had s small tv with decent cable service. The first night I was watching American Dad in Spanish. The breakfast was nice..some coffee,tea,cold cuts,eggs toast etc.My room was cleaned every day. I also got new towels and a tiny bar of soap every morning. I would go back there again.

Great stay

I booked this for my parents who are 77 and 81 as they were looking for a no frills stay. My mother who is critical of cleanliness was very impressed and raved about their 2 week stay. The hotel/hostel is in a great location and very well kept. Staff are very helpful and professional.

Great place to stay in Miraflores!

The owner was SO nice! I was here over Christmas 2015 and she had her family visiting. They couldn't have been nicer! The Hostel is very clean and in very good shape. I think it is fairly new. The rooms aren't huge, but mine had a double or queen size bed and a private bathroom. It was very comfortable and the hot water was good. There is a TV in the room as well as one plug for my electronics. Free wifi was pretty good as well. They offer breakfast which was your typical, eggs, bread, tea or coffee, juice, fresh fruit.
They have a very nice living room area with a large flat screen tv as well as games available and a computer here. There is also a sitting area in the lobby and a nice garden area.
They have 2 rooms that share a bathroom with single beds that are a very good value if you need an inexpensive alternative to a hostel. This is a great location in Miraflores. Some of the staff speak English. I was able to leave my suitcase here for a day, and they arranged transportation to the airport for me. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back soon!
