The best hotel in Lima by far! If you appreciate location, high end accommodations & the best staff, this is it!
Let me start by saying that this has been by far the best hotel I've stayed at while visiting Lima. My brother, who travels all over the world for work, recommended it to me and he was absolutely right. From the start, the communication skills and professionalism of Fernando Benitez was outstanding. His knowledge, all his asserted recommendations and his willingness to accommodate me were indications that this was going to be a perfect stay and gave me the assurance for traveling solo for a long weekend. The hotel is modern and upscale, safe and at a great location. I was offered an upgraded and I ended up staying at an executive suite, what a treat! The room had a beautiful ocean view, so much more space and everything was immaculate.
The hotel has great restaurants, a bar, a rooftop -that we enjoyed very much- and the most perfect breakfast buffet to start your day. But the best things this hotel has is its staff! From Fernando, to Vanessa and Anthony in the front desk, to the servers at the buffet -big fan of this flawless boy with perfect nails and polish look that I forgot his name. To the top bartenders, the kind girl at the executive lounge and even David from housekeeping (I forgot to leave you a tip, but I promise I will double it up next time). They were all wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were met.
If you are browsing for a hotel in Miraflores -Lima, this is where you want to be.

Pullman Miraflores
The hotel is beautifully located in Miraflores. The rooms are modern, with a clean, simple design that I really appreciated.
The one thing I'd improve is the shower. It takes ages to warm up, then suddenly turns too hot, and takes just as long to cool down again before it goes cold. It was a pretty frustrating experience. The shower gels also seem to be organic, but unfortunately they have an unpleasant smell. An upgrade here would be very welcome.
On the plus side, the breakfast was fantastic. There's a large buffet with a great variety of options and fresh juices, my favorite being the Red Detox, along with a lovely selection of fruit. There's also an à la carte menu, and the Eggs Benedict and pancakes were absolutely delicious, 10/10. I'd also like to give a special mention to Diego, one of the waiters, who was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay.

Sad experience
I gave this hotel two weeks to correct a mistake they made. Unfortunately they didn't. This hotel charged us twice for all the drinks and dinner we had during our stay. We immediately told the hotel about this but after 2 weeks they still haven't corrected their mistake and we still haven't gotten our money back. A lot of empty promises while we gave them the benefit of the doubt and all proof and information. Do not recommend, you might get stolen from.
