Amazing massage with Rosita

I do a massage service yesterday in the SPA and Rosita do so amazing job !! Very professional, best massage ever and she is so sweet and kind. Definitely I will be do again

It's quite good hotel.
Nice room and in nice and safe location.
Every staffs are so kind.
Especially, Stefanie Rocillo, who is supporting my checkout. She is patient with my bad English and help me for the several things.

Great. Very happy. Only one recommendation: protein for breakfast. It could be chicken, beef, fish, pork, whatever. Just having an alternative of some kind of meat. Thank you!

They care about you

When you stay at a 5-star hotel, you expect top-tier facilities, rooms, and service—and that is exactly what you get here. However, what truly stays with you long after you leave is the warmth of the staff. The way they care for their guests is absolutely exceptional. Additionally, I tried several of the hotel’s restaurants, and the food quality is outstanding. A wonderful experience!
