Good boutique hotel

Great location in Miraflores, very close to the Malecón and within small distance of restaurant areas and neighborhoods.
Spacious room, with a very good mattress, pillow and bedding.
New and clean bathrooms.
Excellent breakfast, you can order what you want, it’s not a ready-made buffet, it’s made to order.
Helpful staff.
On the first day there was a smell, I couldn’t tell if it was from cleaning products or air fresheners. If you have sensitivities, I suggest checking this issue or asking the hotel.

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated little boutique hotel in a great central but quiet location in the Miraflores area of Lima. We loved the low-key service, comfy bed, air conditioning, and huge windows that opened to let in fresh air. Bonus: the lovely front desk was able to arrange for next-day laundry service that was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was also delicious - but leave yourself plenty of time to savour.

LOVED My Stay Here!

Had a great stay here. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Great air conditioning and good hot shower. My room was on the third floor and I did not mind the stairs as the staff was so kind and helped me with my luggage. My room was very quiet and I was able to rest well. All the staff is very kind. They allowed me to check in early. I loved their fresh fruit for breakfast. The hotel is close to everything and in a very safe area. There is a very nice spa nearby if you need or want a massage. I really enjoyed my stay here. It felt like family. Staff was kind enough to hold my bag while I visit Cusco. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Lima.

Room was spotless and updated. Air conditioner worked great and they were very efficient with change out of any necessary linens. If street noise bothers you, make sure you request an interior room.

Location was safe but about a 20 minute walk from Kennedy Park. There weren't many shops nearby. We were able to drop off our bags before check-in. Room was clean an the staff were helpful enough.
