Excellent place, quality of service, and unmatched view. We will definitely return to the place

It's a great place. I loved the attention and care they had with our needs. 24-hour service, there is always a person at the counter and they are all very friendly. The rooms are spacious and the beds are delicious. The view is incredible, you can see the cathedral from the main square! Without a doubt the best of my trip to Arequipa.

Very well placed but noisy

The location of the hotel is ideal for walking around the city centre. Breakfast hours are between 07:00 and 09:00 and are full. Too bad the noise is endless and the lunch pack handed over at the start of the excursion is minimalist

Avoid their early morning takeaway box!

Everything about this hotel was good: the staff (except one), the rooms, the location the breakfast, the availability of coffee/tea in the lobby. One big area for improvement was their takeaway box for people departing early for tours etc. Literally the worst I got in Peru: a bottle of water, saltine crackers and a tiny chocolate bar masquerading as a granola bar). When customers request a takeaway box, the hotel needs to be specific about what they provide. We pretty much starved on our long bus ride. If I had known , I would have picked up a few things at the supermarket the day before. They need to improve in communication OR the quality of the early morning takeaway box

Central and comfortable hotel at a good price with buffet breakfast

A complete hotel, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, very attentive staff, and a delicious and complete buffet breakfast on the terrace, with a view of the Monastery of Santa Catalina. Good location, central and good price.

Perfect choice!

Staying in Bon Repos was lovley! The staff is really friendly, they help you with everything, they speak english, the location is perfect - near the main square, the location for breakfast on the roof top is just perfect. The food is good, you can choose from the menu what do you want for breakfast (bread/toast, yogurt, cereals, coffee, tea, jam, butter, different kind of eggs, seasonal fruit, juice). And last but not least, the rooms and bathrooms are really clean - they clean it every day.
We really recommend staying at this place, you will not be sorry!:)
