Wonderful stay and amazing staff!

I was absolutely delighted with my stay! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful — everyone made me feel so comfortable. Everything was very clean, the location is excellent, and the breakfast was great. I also really appreciated the breakfast-to-go option, which was very convenient for an early start.
The only small issue was that some of the electrical outlets didn’t have the best contact, but honestly, everything else was excellent. I would happily stay here again!

Outstanding experience

Los Tambos is truly a special place. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main square. The rooms are very comfortable, and the beautiful panoramic terrace offers breathtaking views of the volcanoes. The staff are extremely kind and professional. A special mention goes to José…his dedication and the exceptional way he does his job are truly rare these days.

Nice,comfortable and clean hotel. Very good location. Helpful stuff. Fantastic view from the rooftop. Good breakfast. Great value for money.

We’ve been hotel hopping all over South America and this hotels is easily one of the best we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was made to order and amazing. The staff are great and the location works well.

Excellent choice

Very well placed, close to the main square.
The rooms are small but well arranged with sde. The bedding is good.
Breakfast is excellent, served at the table with a wide choice (1 hot drink + 1 juice + 2 breads + 1 choice between savory or sweet pancake or omelet or fruit salad with cereals...)
The staff is discreet.
