Nice place, but terrible breakfast

The hotel facilities are pleasant, although there are some areas with poor ventilation, such as the poolfront dining room. The room finishes are somewhat old for the hotel category and, in particular, the bathroom is quite uncomfortable: it does not have adequate signage to differentiate hot and cold water, it lacks a glass screen and spaces to place soap or shampoo inside the shower. In addition, there are no plugs near the bed, which limits the comfort of the guest.
The most negative aspect was the breakfast buffet, which does not meet the standards expected for this type of service. Staff care in this area was inadequate: pointing out that there was no longer any yogurt, instead of indicating that it would be replenished, they simply replied “it’s over”. Also, when noticing that some fruit containers were dirty, the answer was “take another one”, without offering apologies or taking action on the detail. I believe that the breakfast buffet should improve in variety and quality; otherwise, it would be preferable to offer a continental breakfast

Cheap and have all you need

Its a Big and wide Hotel, you can have at Night Grill food, Big Swimming Pool and parking,
The prices are cheap,nice rooms,big ones and confortable.The only bad thing was the Internet Signal.Does not work.I reclaimed and nothing,There is signal,but no downloading.we tried whith many operators apliances, and nothing(Example,Smart Phones at Claro,Telefonica,Entel,Laptops,with any operator no connection,nothing, no Signal.I told to the waiter and nothing.
They bring breakfast including in the price.For two people (Two beds at the same big room S/ 120 Soles.

Amabilidad es su marca.

Resalto enormemente la amabilidad de todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel, me ayudaron en todo lo que les fue posible.
El hotel tiene lo básico, me tocó una habitación amplia e iluminada. Lamentablemente no me dio tiempo para disfrutar de su bella piscina.

No recomendable

En apariencia está bien pero la limpieza y olor del baño fue decepcionante. El jabón de cortesía es corriente. El ventilador hacía demasiado ruido.
La cama era cómoda y había un gran tv. El balcón hizo más agradable la estancia de una noche.
Deberían mejorar el baño y la higiene de éstos por ello considero que el precio es alto considerando este servicio.
Hay cochera.

Hotel normal

Todo muy bien pero parece que tienen problemas con el el papel higiénico porque no había en el cuarto, lo solicité y nunca llego, en el desayuno no sirven servilletas muy básico el servicio, es limpio y tiene buen precio, pero puede mejorar esos temas de servicio.
