Super comfortable rooms, as if to recover energy. I recommend the Hotel cafeteria, excellent service.

Expensive hotel and not very clean

The hotel was not at all what we expected. We booked a month in advance. The rooms were not very clean. The sheets had stains!. the shower had no hot water. You expect more for the price you pay (around US$ 80 a night). The breakfast was good and the personal very friendly.

Lovely hotel in quiet yet central location

We stayed here 3 nights while exploring the Oxapampa area. The hotel is nice and new and everything is very clean. We also liked the breakfast including fresh products from the area. We arrived very early on the night bus from Lima and was given access to our room at 07:30 which was great! It's worth noting that the wifi doesn't work in the rooms only in the lobby downstairs which was fine for us. Also there is some building works going on outside which makes the entrance quite muddy when it rains.

Wonderful stay at the Heidinger Hotel

I found out about this hotel through one of my good friends, and I must say it was one of the best experiences I had. Everything about this hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly and very attentive, the rooms are wide and cozy and have an amazing view of the Oxapampa downtown. The location was great and there is a lot to do on the area. I'll definitely come back again!! If you are looking for an exotic place in the jungle, I highly recommend it!!!
