It is better than its look.

Excellent location - just across from the PeruBus stop. The front of the property looks shabby but rooms on the second floor are simple, clean and quiet. We have a twin with private bathroom on the second floor, happy with it.
Disliked · The water pressure of the shower is too weak!! The water is just tinkling down. We told the host about it but nothing changed so I guess it is the way. Wifi signal a bit unstable but largely ok.

Excellent!

We stayed here for two nights.
Highly recommend.
Pros:
Very clean
Great location
Very helpful staff
Organised a very well priced island tour
Organised a very well priced bus to huacachina
Directed us to a decent cheap bike tour.
Decent wifi most of the time.
Hot showers with good water pressure.
Neutral:
The area is the Main Street, so it isn’t super quite in the evenings, but gets very quiet in the middle of the night. Even the evening noise wasn’t enough to keep us awake, just thought I’d note it.
Also worth noting there isn’t much atmosphere, it’s nice to hang out in the courtyard, but not much going on if that’s what you’re into.

Clean and great location

Nice clean place. Staff is very friendly and location is right in the middle of everything. We had one of their double rooms and for the price it was great. We had a quiet night here and enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this place.

Great hostel!

We stayed in a double room for just one night. It was great! Really clean. Towels provided. Water wasn't so powerful I'm the evening but seemed better the next morning. Checkout was at 12 so you could go on the 8am boat trip and them still use your room for a while afterwards. Thin windows so could be noisy buy I slept fine! Bring an eye mask as it was a light room. Good size and very pleasant stay.

Lovely

Such a nice little hostel!
It was getting done up when we was there but it was very nice and the lady who checked us in was so nice and kind!
Pros: nice beds
Clean rooms
Clean toilets
Gave us soap always a plus
Cons:
WiFi was awful just used my 3G
The kitchen wasn’t great to use needed updated/cleaning out
There was a rooster that needed strangling at 4am every morning but that was next door.
