A very good hotel option in Piura.

A somewhat old hotel, but very functional, good rooms, quiet, so rest is perfect. Very decent breakfast. A good restaurant for lunch and dinner, with an extensive and tasty menu. Central. It is worth it.

Kindness from beginning to end.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, they were very kind; our check-in was at 2 PM, but they provided us with the room from noon. The facilities were very clean, and the rooms were spacious. I would recommend that they change the toilets, as the models currently in use consume a lot of water. Additionally, the sauna temperature was above 60 degrees, exceeding the limit allowed for health.

Poor reception.

Terrible restaurant, room service, but above all, the reception. They took an hour to bring us a plate of food; it turns out they forgot our order, and if we hadn't insisted, it would never have arrived. On the other hand, when we asked for the complaint book at reception, they said they didn't have a physical one and mockingly asked if I wanted guidance to the virtual one. But the worst of all, and what bothered me the most, was that the receptionist, instead of apologizing, started justifying the one-hour delay, and then responded sarcastically about the complaint book.
