Overall good. Next to bus station so little noisy if you are on street facing room.

The front desk staffs cannot speak even a word of English. They refused the US dollar rate quoted in Expedia and insisted using the exchange rate 1.45, much higher than 1.27 in the street, to calculate the Peru Sol I need to pay. They also don't know how to charge from my Capital One card, as the card has chip. Finally I have to pay cash in Sol, that means I paid $57.09 instead of $50 for 1 night.

Low class neighborhood, decent inside, nice outside

Do not believe the pictures, the pool is not as nice, and the neighborhood is typical of the bus station area in Latin America! (not best). 10 minutes walk to plaza de Armas, 2 minutes from a cheap laundry (ejercito). Internet worked well on 1st floor but not on 3rd floor...floor is very slippery (careful), rooms are not looking too new... But beds are comfortable and you have a/c ...if you ask for it. The safe was not working...there are no bath tub...it is a picture illusion, employees are nice but not good with repairs , it feels safe in the hotel but take a taxi at night (3 soles to the plaza). Better stay on the nearby beach...it is cheaper safer and nicer.
Not bad but expensive for the quality....and they only take visa!!!!
