A truly amazing place to stay

This place is amazing a real treat when visiting The Sacred Valley. We had an amazing massage at the spa and loved the quiet relaxing ambience of the entire place.
A special thankyou to Gualberto for making my birthday breakfast so special. He prepared a cake and sang happy birthday to me in Spanish such a beautiful start to the day.
The bedroom is spacious and offered a peaceful surroundings. The bird life is also special including the stunning hummingbird. Love this place.

Awesome resort

It was a great resort and place is amazing. Restaurant inside resort is awesome. The staff especially Alex and Oswaldo make dinner memorable as we celebrate my ide birthday. I highly recommend if you visiting machu pichu.

Wonderful hotel

Fabulous hotel with great facilities and lovely gardens. We had treatments in the spa which were wonderful. Great service from Gualberto who looked after us well. Very relaxing and would visit again

Nice hotel but needs better food options

Really nice rooms, spacious and good quality. Bathroom was great but the extractor fan in the toilet was very loud so we didn’t turn the light on to not set it off. Staff were nice and welcoming but service at the bar was a bit slow and some struggled to have the English skills to understand dietary requirements. We had massages at the spa which were amazing, thank you Gloria and Yudelina! We rented bikes for free which was nice to experience the local area but the gears were broken/dodgy on most of them so it made it a lot harder than it should have been. The vegan options were poor throughout every menu and the staff didn’t always understand vegan restrictions. One staff member came up with a lovely vegan meal but this experience was not the same every day. Breakfast vegan options need improving and more allergy labelling is needed across breakfast and all main menus. The road access to the hotel was extremely bumpy due to poor road quality, this needs improving.

Paradise in the middle of the Sacred Valley

Excellent service in the restaurant, especially from Edith who was very accomodating of our requests. We had a very pleeasant stay in the resort and the amentities were top-notch.
