Modern, clean room. Nice breakfast included. Staff was kind and exceptional. Location was fantastic with a wonderful view.
Toilet has issues but very normal for the area.
Very affordable.
The location and the staff made this a place to return to!

This is a gem! So close to train station and bus station to MP. Opens to a balcony with gorgeous view. Homely breakfast. People are so generous and kind! Have to book again here.
Running river is free white-noise throughout night for a good sleep.

The main concern is hygenic condition. The bedsheet had stain everywhere and smells it definitely notify wasn't clean. The duvet and blanket is also dirty. I had to sleep with my dirty clothes because I don't feel safe and clean. There are no staff after 8pm so there is no one to contact.There were flies and bugs inside the room. The hotel is located inside a small shop there are only 5 floor. It's right next to the bus station and the river white noise is loud. At the end I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful. We really appreciated the bagged breakfast provided due to our bus to Machu Picchu being so early.

Very covenient location close to everything. A little noisy from dogs barking and river rapids. Host and hostest are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked the way you like them. For the price it was a good value.
