EXCELLENT attention, from the very cordial Ray on arrival we felt very comfortable, and the energy and good spirits of Angela and Sky in the restaurant always attentive, also the bartender is a trome, super amicable and good accomplice for surprises, as well as the service of excellence of the good Alexis at the reception. We spent 5 wonderful days swimming pool and beach clean...recommendsdisimo!!

Disappointment and a terrifying first night.

We came with high expectations due to the comments about this place, but it was not what we expected; overall, very little cleanliness and too many insects. The first night in bungalow #1 was terrible; insects got into the cabin, which had various cracks in the doors and windows. We killed crickets, cockroaches, and even a scorpion before they moved us to another room at 2:30 in the morning! Additionally, the cabin was full of cobwebs. Simply, it was impossible to sleep there, especially with children. The restaurant's food is just acceptable, and they take a long time to serve. The drinks are bad, the pool is small but sufficient, and there is little shade around the pool. The hotel should provide more umbrellas. In the room, the cable broke, and they could not repair it. There were many wasps throughout the hotel. Despite the problems we had, the hotel did not offer us any courtesy. My impression is that it is a resort that was good but is quite neglected, especially in cleanliness and staff attention. What a shame.

A beautiful holiday on a quiet beach

Ideal to enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful beaches of the Peruvian north, it is a beach quite far removed from the bustle. The view from the hotel is excellent and you can appreciate spectacular sunset, from the room or from comfortable furniture very well located in different parts of the hotel.

Best Hotel in Vichayito, 100% recomended

The hotel from the beginning impressed us with its infrastructure and location, its beach is clean without many people, the attention of the workers was very good, very friendly, very attentive. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy, and their food is very tasty. I totally recommend it to go with friends and family.
