I was pleased with the hotel overall, however there was one night I finished work late and did not have access to the hotel because the front desk staff was not present, this could have been very dangerous for us. The breakfast was great and the times were convenient.

Good, but needs improvement.

Rooms are very good, spacious and with proper cleaning. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, with few items and little replacement. Academy nothing works, needs an improvement in the infra in general. The attention is slow!

I sent my wife to this Hotel and the experience was a complete disaster. Room Dirty, Towels dirty, no hot water when she arrived...personal very no kidness.

Decrease in attention

This is not the first time I have come to this hotel, but in this return in particular I am disappointed with your attention. Payment for accommodation (advance payment, unusual for a service of this type) is made in foreign currency with an exceptionally high exchange rate (more than 20% higher than normal), on the other hand, the possibility to check out in advance (with extortion for an unconsumed service) is not possible.And although your breakfast buffet is frugal, the presence of a human hair, I leave the certainty of never coming back. I wonder if the hotel management their owners will know about that worldwide trend called continuous improvement and will be following the trend of being the exception to the rule,

They advertise a gym but there is no gym it is a small room with a broken treadmill and a broken smith machine which is held together by duct tape. They are not responsible for your possessions while u go out of the hotel as stated on the door . They serve a breakfast that is cold poorly cooked scrambed eggs , and frozen chicken nuggets heated in a heating tray which isnt heated or under any flame , so the eggs are cold which can get you sick , the staff will not help you with your suitcases. The staff are Have an angry
Demeanor and are non engaging and unfriendly . The beds have ticks from the previous guests who travel with pets . The hotel is dark with minimal
Lighting , it feels more like closed office bujlding . The pool is a large jacuzzi type tub that is not heated . Stay away from this place. I complained and checked out the next day .
