Getting better all the time

Since our stay last year,the hotel has gone up in my estimation. Our room was spotless,and Katarzyna,a super receptionist and really polite and helpful,upgraded us on our return to an apartment,with lounge area,drinks in the room etc...we stayed on the 6th Sept and again on the 24th Sept,and both occasions were faultless. Breakfast was the best we have had in Poland,with choice of hot and cold food,all good quality and well presented. Ok,you do have to pay for parking,but 3 and half euros is hardly a bank breaker,and you are off the busy road. For 45-50 euros,depending on room type,its great value,and locationwise,is hard to beat. Well done the Logos!

Disappointed

Here’s a professional and balanced hotel review in English:
I was disappointed with my stay, mainly because of the payment process. My booking showed a price of 708 PLN, which, based on the exchange rate on 27 June, should have been approximately €165.16. However, I was charged €174.16, almost €9 more. The hotel explained that they only charged the amount in PLN and that the exchange rate and additional conversion fees were beyond their control. Nevertheless, the final amount charged was significantly higher than expected, and this was not made sufficiently clear before payment.
In addition, the value for money was poor. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the overall experience, I do not believe the price was justified. Better transparency regarding currency conversion and pricing would greatly improve the guest experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Apartment Lux - over resaturant and disco

We spent there one night only, and found the hotel just via phone as our trip to Augustów was very spontaneous and we had nt thought about accomodation. Hotel was very clean however equiped in the style from previous century. Nice and supportive receptionist, good breakfast. Our kingsize bed room was really big, clean with clean bathroom. Slightly too laudly as we were there during weekend and disco party at groundfloor restaurant. Price for the room very convenience. Good location - just walking distance to the river and city center.

Restoran is good

Not to many visitors, nothing extravagant and supernice, but all dishes we had - very tasty. We enjoyed. Also reasonable priced. It's not fast food, you must wait 20+ minutes. Definitely recommended. Going again.

Only for a sleepover

The location is right on motorway E67. Very comfortable for road travellers.
The room is small as well as bathroom and the cleanliness is an issue. The breakfast was very poor. By the time we came there was nothing to eat. No internet at all.
