Obsługa niezwykle uprzejma i miła , śniadania obfite i smaczne, pokoje , usytuowanie hotelu doskonałe. Wracam zawsze z radością, i mile przyjmowany. Z największą przyjemnością wracam. Zachęcam i proponuję. Wiem co mówię.

Nice Staff

Not the best hotel we stayed in while touring, more like student accommodation and the rooms were quite small, although clean.Location is not the best and it some distance from bars, restaurants and shops. The lady doing the evening meals we had was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was good.

One night is okey

Was stopping there with two of my friends during a travel from Austria- Estonia. Stuff was nice, we asked where is some good place to eat and then they told and gave directions. The room was another class, The room was like that, you step in and there is the shower, WC, then one room and via the room to another, The door between them was so broken. one window was broken, it was a little dirty, the beds were really uncomfortable and the blankets really thin and seemed to be super old. So I took the shower and the shower was broken, there was no warm water. It wasn't super cold but not warm. There was no parking space for our car, later we got one when people were driving away. When you stay there one night you can manage that, but more than that, pay more and you get something better.

Horrible Cleaning Staff

I have been 6 nights in this hotel and only the first night the room was ok. The first day they did not clean it, The next days they cleaned the room in the afternoon because at midday I remembered them that they have to do. But no day did they make the bed. It was incredible. I was not asking for changing the sheets, just put in order the bed.
Although I protest all days, the next day it was the same.
And the pillows were unconfortable, very big.

Ciepło w pokoju, czysto, dobra pościel, zestaw kosmetyków. Mały pokój, ale zdecydowanie wystarczający do noclegu. Łóżko wygodne. Blisko wszędzie gdzie potrzebowałam, stosunkowo tanio, jeden z tańszych obiektów które znalazłam w Białymstoku.
