A well-located hotel in a particularly charming and lively area, with plenty of atmosphere, restaurants and things to explore nearby. The lovely pool and terrace were definite highlights, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed.
That said, the service felt less attentive than expected, and the hotel’s overall appearance could use some updating. The gym is also notably small.
Overall, a pleasant stay in an excellent and vibrant location, with clear strengths but some room for improvement.

Excellent hotel with beautiful views along the river

I really enjoyed my exceptionally comfortable stay at the Hilton Gdansk.
The hotel is tucked away at one end of the city centre, which means it's close enough to the action but also is fairly peaceful. From my room I had wonderful views out along the river. And my room was very large, comfortable, and immaculately maintained.
As a gold member I was given a voucher at the bar so I had a drink on the roof which was lovely on a warm evening to look out over the illuminated city.

Hilton Gdansk doesn't value Hilton's loyal customers at all

Hilton Gold members in Europe always get a continental breakfast with their stay, but not at Hilton Gdansk. The breakfast for Gold and Platinum members was set up in a separate room and it was very modest—definitely not the level a breakfast should be. There were very few options and the overall experience was terrible. I haven't experienced anything like this at any other Hilton. So Hilton Gdansk does not value those who stay most at the chain's hotels. Really contemptible behavior—I’ll be telling everyone to avoid Hilton Gdansk from now on.

Excellent position, great staff - perhaps needs a bit of a room update

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a Suite. The room was a bit dated, however spacious, clean, had opening windows, very comfortable and an excellent base to explore Gdansk.
We ate at the bar and bistro restaurant and it was very good, quiet at 1700 and very relaxing.
Breakfast was surprisingly calm, had lots of fresh cut fruit, yoghurt and all of the excellent continental options.
The underground parking is excellent, secure, has number plate recognition and was perfect,
