Nice room, professional staff we loved it here. Great breakfast and lots of places to park. To Gdansk it only took 10 minutes with car.

Our room was on the top floor, and the internet connection was very weak. I raised this with reception. I didn’t specifically ask to change rooms because we only had one day left of our stay, but no alternative or room change was offered. I was simply told that nothing could be done at the moment and that she would speak to the relevant people. While that may help future guests, it did nothing to improve our stay as current customers.
Another disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as a 3-star property when I booked, but it was actually a 2-star hotel.
The location is convenient for the airport, but it takes around 25 minutes by bus to reach the city centre.
Overall, I was disappointed with the service and would not stay here again.

Value for money good

The Hotel Urbi is a little outside, but it is easily accessible by car.
The Service was excellent, super nice and helpful.
The rooms are rather small and have no air conditioning (and it was soooo hot when we were there)
but we got big fans on our demand
Parking and wifi are free.
Breakfast was perfectly fine

OK, hotel for a night but breakfast is completely terrible. A lot of the food was sold and not great selection.
