Great location in the towns center, lots going on with street dancing and bars, lovely walks and close to a beautiful castle.. rooms are basic which had a tv and 2 single beds, there was no kettle but coffee and tea were available to purchase at the bar area.. I wish to thank the staff and management for going beyond they're duty as we'd left a jacket in the room without realising after we'd arrived at the airport and are forwarding the jacket to the UK for us.. Many Thanks Alun&Ann "Wales".

Worth a visit.

Great location and a hotel full of character. Large bedrooms, friendly staff and lovely breakfast.
The hotel has some great features all around and was very quiet.
The prices was very reasonable and the rooms were warm and clean.
Hope to go back one day.

Good experience with some major drawback.

The hotel was all in all very nice, but with some drawbacks. The major one, was very worn out and uncomfortable mattress, I could literally feel every spring that was inside. Another one, small, but annoying, was dated shower, with squeaky and wobbly tray. On big plus - nice, stylish interior, location in very centre of Cieplice, good breakfast, and nice, friendly and helpful staff. I rated this experience as average, but I could come here again, only I would ask for a room with better mattress then.

Horrible experience… even before I drop my luggage! Stay away from this Hotel!! Back in September 16th, we’ve made a reservation at Caspar Hotel for four guest’s, contacted this hotel via web site and that was my big mistake…I should use Boookinbg.com. Our stay was for four nights, full boarding with New Year’s Eve dinner and ticket to ballroom party. They ask me to wire only €100.00!!! I was surprised; it was so inexpensive and asked again to confirm that €100 was enough. They confirmed by YES, but they newer send me an official confirmation even after my renewed request for an official reservation with clear conditions. Unfortunately end of September hurricane Ian destroyed completely our friend’s house and we have to cancel our entire trip to Poland. Then in October 5th I’ve emailed my request for cancellation and with stupefaction received a negative response from Ms. Eleonora a Hotel Manager, declining a refund with explanation that Polish law prohibit them to refund…but as a courtesy she can offers a voucher. A voucher??? I’ve responded that with Booking.com which this hotel also accepts reservations, regardless of Polish law or not you can cancel within two days before arrival with full refund so why she refuses with some kind of Polish stupide law explanation for a cancellation with more than two months ahead?? No answer. Lucky me that I have lost only €100 and I will never travel to Poland again but for you guys if you are planning to visit Poland… use Booking.com only!
