Charming find. Great service
We had an unexpected change of plans and needed a place for an emergency overnight stay. This was the only hotel in the area able to accommodate us, and it turned out to be such a wonderful find. The location is perfect, right next to all the activities in Karpacz, and we felt completely at ease leaving our car in the safe parking area. The hotel itself has so much charm, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast (included in the price) was absolutely excellent. Given our unusual circumstances, the rate was more than fair. What could have been a stressful night turned into a genuinely lovely stay.

Our Stay at Hotel Rezydencja Was Absolutely Fantastic!
Hotel Rezydencja in the center of Karpacz was an absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel has a perfect location – right by the promenade, making all the attractions, restaurants, and cafés just a few steps away. Despite being centrally located, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, allowing for complete relaxation.
The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, while the comfortable beds ensure excellent rest after a day full of adventures. The hotel staff are true professionals – always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every detail.
Breakfasts are delicious, offering a wide selection of fresh products – there is something for everyone. Another great advantage is the relaxation area, where you can unwind after hiking in the mountains.
This place is perfect for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a weekend trip to the mountains. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

A Wonderful Stay!
Staying at Hotel Rezydencja was an absolutely exceptional experience! This hotel is a true gem – not only does it offer top-level comfort, but it also takes guests back in time with its extraordinary decor full of beautiful antiques. Every corner hides unique furniture, paintings, and details that give this place an unmistakable charm!!!
The rooms are elegantly decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. The bedding is white, fresh, and beautifully fragrant. The staff is exceptionally kind and professional – we truly felt at home here. Another great advantage is the fantastic location – right in the heart of Karpacz, close to the promenade and main attractions.

Amazing accommodation in the city center, rooms clean, breakfast excellent. Staff nice. We had two dogs with us - for a fee, but without a problem. Parking for a fee.

Needs an Update
This hotel has a good location right in the middle of town. But it could use a major update/renovation. The carpets are threadbare, the furniture tired and uncomfortable, the curtains unlined and thin, letting all the light in. There are barely any amenities in the bathroom — just a bar of soap and shampoo/bodywash combo. The room has no air conditioning, so it was stiflingly hot and we had to keep all the curtains drawn and sit in darkness. All of this makes this place very uncomfortable. Unfortunately the worst part of the hotel is that there is an outdoor karaoke venue right next door to the hotel which seems to run from about 4pm until 10pm every night, and it's geared toward children. The singing is extremely loud, intolerable and clashes horribly with trying to experience a nice, relaxing mountain town vacation.
The good things about the hotel is that the staff is nice and friendly and the breakfast is a large, Swedish style buffet.
