Beautiful hotel with a view of the forest and friendly staff
We had a very nice room with a view of the forest, where deer often came to graze.
The staff is very friendly in all areas. Check-in was very straightforward and quick, as was check-out. We only booked breakfast. It was very diverse. There were 2 coffee machines where you never had to wait. For those who would like to drink champagne at breakfast, there was always Moet & Chandon champagne available on a small cart.
The indoor swimming pool area was never crowded when we were there.
The parking spaces are free and sufficiently available.
We are glad that we discovered this hotel. It has become our favorite hotel in Karpacz.
It is somewhat more expensive than other hotels in Karpacz, but that is completely justified for this 5-star hotel in this location. We will definitely come back. We can recommend the hotel at any time.
Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather during our stay, so the hike to Schneekoppe was not very pleasant. But maybe it will be better next time.
Currently, the pedestrian zone in Karpacz is being renovated, and there are some restrictions on walking. But at some point, it has to be done. The final completion is expected to be in February 2027.

Modern hotel with nice pool but weaknesses in food and children's area
The breakfast and also the dinner were not quite our taste. The food seemed a bit too heavy and could not convince us completely.
The children's area didn't really excite us either. Here we would have liked a little more variety and a better offer for families. Overall, however, a nice, modern hotel with good facilities.
