Great quality for cheap price
We booked an apartment in Kaktus and it was awesome. The ben was really comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, the kitched had all the dishes and pans needed. Hair dryer, iron, fast WI-FI, nice staff who spoke our native language. The price was extemely good. A great experience. Would stay again for sure.

What a TERRIBLE Hostel! Completely dangerous to stay!
I visited a lot of hostels over the years and this was the worst one. You see nice rooms on the photos, but when you arive you entering a construction zone. And if you look at some windows it makes you feel like you are in jail with all the bars.
- Mold on all the mattresses
- Bunk beds who are unstable (possibly break)
- Elektricity cables unshielded hanging
- Unsafe wall sockets (also connected to the beds with tape)
- Some bloodstains on sheets and curtains
- The doors from rooms, that don't close properly
- Adjacent balconies that are at risk of collapse(told by the owner)
- A horrible alarm that went off spontaneously, or after too much plugged into the sockets, and wouldn't shutt off.
The owner didn't know how to fix this problem, also the handyman didn't know this, and went looking in a closet (with no elektricity connected) for a switch... Sorry but ....
-Rooms who weren't finished yest, so those were a trash zone with beds.
- And lastly an aggressive owner who first wants to flee, so you must stay overnight. Second starts to behave aggressively when you tell him you aren't happy with the condition of the rooms. So he doesn't listen to you and tells we are the problem. Don't wants to give a refund and acts like he has all the rights to keep you there.
He is a big frauder who only wants money for unsafe fire hazardous rooms.
We are shocked they think this guest house is ready to rent out.
It was so uncomfortable and unsafe that we left for a different shelter that same night, unfortunately wasting time and money.

Find something else
We were happy that we had found a reasonably cheap hostel to visit Katowice for our vacation.
But once we got there it was not what we expected.
At first the guy behind the counter was very nice, but when we said something about the dirty beds and floors, good manners were no longer to be found. We tried to discuss this, but they only want to see money. So don't sleep here if you care about your money and well-being, because they don't care about their customers.

The rooms are so noisy and you can hear everything and I mean everything from your neighbours. I stayed in a private room ensure but the shared bathroom was next door and it was disgusting.
The staff were friendly but don't speak English.
Otherwise the room was clean, free wifi and good security.

Opět Katowice
Tak jsme po dlouhé době vyzkoušeli hostel bez snídaně. No...a byl to blbý nápad , klidná lokalita, akorát vchodové dveře připomínaly vchod někde do starého baráku a to samé i vnitřek hostelu. Chápu, že nemůžeme očekávat přílišný luxus, ale příště budeme volit hotel se snídaní:-)))
