Ownership has changed

Used to be called "Central" or something like that. Ownership has changed about a year ago. Major refurbishing work is being out momentarily. Had a superb Lunch there. Very tasty, quickly served, reasonably priced, friendly staff. Three *** well deserved!

Do not stay at this hotel unless you are a guest of one of the local corporations. As a paying guest( even business) you are ignored to the detriment of the hotel. After 10pm no guest services, if there is an event on you will be third class. Absolutely shocking, I even confronted the CEO with no empathy whatsoever. My company will be revoking this hotel and hope others follow suit.

Old-fashioned uncomfortable and strange hotel...

This hotel is localized in old part of the city of Kedzierzyn-Kozle, near the Azoty factory. It looks like a governmental building. There is no facilities for handicapped (disabled) people, there is no driveway for wheelchairs, there is no elevator, instead there is no room in the ground floor. I had to bring my heavy baggage on the 2nd floor. My room was completely uncomfortable, there is no curtains in the window (such that you can draw on the night, there are curtains that are too short to them at all to move). In the room there was no AC, it was hot. Mattress in the bed was too soft, uncomfortable pillow. The second bed in the room without bedding. Of course, I booked a room for one person but I would rather be able to choose a bed that suits me more. The more that this which has been prepared to sleep was far away from the TV (tiny), so that evening I had a chance to see anything in it.
In the area there are many nice hotels, modern and comfortable. This hotel must avoid because they do not correspond to the expectations of guests.

Alles sehr Lieblos

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück war sehr lecker. Angemessener Preis für die Nacht.
Kein Aufzug im Hotel da Baustelle, eher niedriges Niveau in den Badezimmern Spiegel war beschädigt. Auf den Bildern im Internet sind die Zimmer Moderner. Zusammenfassend, schmutziger, schrecklicher Teppichboden, eine Show für Mikrobiologen.

Daleko od centrum, blisko jakości...

W dzielnicy typu "pośrodku niczego" stoi hotel - centrum konferencyjne (i chyba z tych konferencji żyje). na każdym kroku wyczuwalne są pretensje do bycia klasowym hotelem i rzeczywiście niewiele już temu obiektowi do poziomu trzygwiazdkowego brakuje. W pokojach nie znalazłem starych, połamanych mebli, łóżko było wygodne, łazienka na odpowiednim poziomie. Niestety, trochę poniżej standardu są śniadania, serwowane tu w podwójnej formie: trochę szwedzkiego stołu, trochę na przynoszonym do stołu talerzyku, Całość jednak niezła, do tego restauracja na dość wysokim poziomie. Zajeżdżajcie, bo i parking duży i bezpłatny.
