We would love to come back

We were accommodated in the new building. The room is very large and well equipped. Cleaning only takes place every 2 days, but this is no problem. The facilities of the hotel are modern and tasteful. The staff friendly but almost no one speaks German.
The food is varied and tasty. There's nothing wrong.
The swimming pool area is a bit strange because there is no changing room

Overall deficient

Housed in the old part has come of age is hardly maintained
Kitchenette unusable as only cupboard and kettle available
Sauna and swimming pool very unhygienic no rest only 4 loungers for the entire area
Food is full but not a highlight
Over 4 stars you can only laugh highest if ever 3 earned
I have already booked some hotels through booking.com and I get the impression you get d through this platform the worse rooms

No (wild) pig had

Well, the hotel only deserves three stars for the rooms, the food...fills you up, but nothing more. The wild boars dig up the lawn. The location outside is OK, the noise from the construction site is bearable. The sauna cannot be used, it was converted into a storage room

We came to Baltic Plaza all the way from Berlin for a spa weekend. On the night of our arrival, the hostess told us there were many free slots for massage appointments and that we shouldn't worry about it. The next day, we went to book the massages and got told that there were no free slots for the whole weekend as a large group had booked everything. No alternative were suggested to us and we had to find another solution in another locatin to try to enjoy our spa weekend. The room was not at the lever of a 4-star, not so many equipments, seemed old and the carpet nor clean. Morevoer, the personal forgot to charge us for the dinner when checking out so kept on calling me and asking for my bank details.
The experience was very poor, I guess it is what ou get for the price but I am not sure we could call it a 4-star hotel. The personal also barely speaks English which makes it difficult when struggling with the room, the spa, the check-in or check-out. I don't want to blame the personal, they did what they could but we still couldn't enjoy our holidays,
Very disappointing and we were never accomodated for all the issues we encountered.

Stayed for business - loved the spacious rooms (40 sq. meters in a standard room), wi-fi and a breakfast buffet. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Kolobrzeg - but this is not a major issue in a small town. Walking distance from the beach
