Lovely place to stay in krakow

The hotel and staff were brilliant from start to finish. Just outside of the centre of krakow we walked or took Ubers which were really cheap. The hotel itself was clean and very modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool and facilities included in the stay were brilliant and the breakfast buffet and evening menu really enjoyable. We would come back again!

Such a waste of a potentially amazing stay!

Location great for tram access to everwhere. The room was clean and well presented. Bed comfortable.bathroom clean and well set up, poor shower preassure was only let down . The hotel is beautiful, the furnishings lovely - i was suprised to see we had a room with a view of construction workers- this was early morning till late (sometimes still working at 8pm) and the view of the construction did nothing for me, this was never intimated to me or given an opportunity to upgrade to a different room, its not great, really noisy. It was hard to relax at all :( the staff seem unhappy, only staff i have seen smiling is housekeeping I'm afriad . Reception always a que, one person attending, so most queries I had i just googled on my phone instead....constant asking for tea bags for my room and stirrers for coffee cups., not refilled..in the resteraunt tables left uncleared for some time , tables cleared then had no cutlery or condiments - you have to go find them yourself.
Atmosphere poor , again i feel no one is very happy - lots of people walking about in suits but doesnt seem much gets done I'm afraid. Balcony is dusty, dirty tiles and full spiders webs on balcony frame, so its uncomfortable sitting here....honestly so disappointed. I was looking forward to nice people, where i didnt feel a bother and a clean peaceful balcony to relax...its just been a huge let down - I would come back to Krakow but not this hotel

Lovely place to stay in Krakow.

Great location, 30 min walk from town centre or right on the tram line.
Atmosphere was nice and peaceful. Lovely large, bright and comfortable rooms. Cleanliness was superb. Good value for money. Amenities was all you needed. Noise level was fine although you can hear most things such as housekeeping in neighbouring rooms or kids running up and down the corridor. Service was really good and all staff were very helpful.
Food was really nice especially the croquettes from the dinner menu and the Caesar salad and pizza from the bar menu.
Pool was lovely and relaxing fills up quickly would recommend the adult only time as when we went there were lots of young kids in the hot tub etc.

Great stay!

Stunning hotel! Every area is as decorated beautiful and has a really luxury feeling to it.
15/20 minute walk to town. Trams number 8/14 outside take you straight to town for 80p!!
Staff were all so nice and professional. Nothing was a bother. Great service!
Breakfast was lovely too. Lots to chose from. We had an early morning trip pick up and asked for a breakfast box and I was so surprised by what was given to us.. amazing!
The pool and spa area was clean and well maintained. The wooden beds aren't very comfortable but they only stayed for a short time.
45 minute back and neck massage for £50 was good!
At 9pm they when a lavender bowl that you can fill up a pouch for under your pillow...thought this was a lovely touch.
Have recommend this hotel to my friends. Loved it!

Air con in 1st room not working and it was a cool 38c outside. Door to the balcony was broken in second room. Had to sleep with the door open for two night. Staff where not very friendly or helpful
