Room was very good standard and very clean, whole hotel was to a very good standard. Perfect place to stay if you have an event at the tauron arena as its a 10 minute walk away.

Relaxing and spacious+ clean
Hotel is a bit outside the center but easily reachable by public transport and taxi. Very clean and nice restaurant + breakfast plus comfortable rooms with a lot of space. No complaints!

A Refined Stay Enhanced by a Wonderful Festive Setting
I stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree and the overall experience was excellent.
The Christmas atmosphere was truly remarkable, further enhanced by a pleasant cinnamon scent reminiscent of traditional Christmas gingerbread, which contributed to a warm and welcoming ambiance.
Regarding the overall quality of the hotel, there is truly nothing to criticize: everything is well maintained and of a high standard. I would have gladly given a 9 out of 10, while a perfect score would be fully deserved if the structure were slightly newer.
The breakfast was outstanding, extremely varied and of excellent quality. Having traveled extensively around the world, I can confidently say that very few hotels offer such a wide and well-organized breakfast selection.
The only downside, and the reason why I did not assign a higher score, concerns the staff. The restaurant waiters , appeared to be very young and rather inexperienced, which was noticeable. Once again, during my stays in Poland, I found it quite difficult to encounter genuine smiles and a warm attitude from the service staff.
I believe it would be beneficial to pair younger employees with more experienced waitstaff, even at a higher cost, in order to provide a warmer, more engaging, and more hospitable service experience—one that better reflects the standards expected from a hotel of this level.
Overall, this remains a high-quality hotel with a memorable atmosphere and one of the best breakfast experiences I have ever had.

Very disappointed
Although check in, bar and check out staff were lovely i specifically booked the most expensive hotel in krakow and a hilton specifucally, for a good reason, we were driving 13 hours ro to reach there and driving another 8 hrs the day after, i wished to be able to swim to stretch out my body and muscles, this i was not able to do. At the spa i qas not greeted but left standinh like a lemon whilst 3 dtaff chat and laugh and then greeted in a way that i was an inconvenience, they then proceeded to tell me i could not go to the pool yet as it was too busy, i could of accepted this, could i not see inside that nobody was even using the pool. I would of expected to be treat with the dmar kindness as they treat those in front. My worst hilton experience so far of any country the gentleman checking me out did refund my parking but that is little to how my body aches and how i feel today.
