Excellent hotel. This was the second time I’d stayed here. Nice rooms, nice reception area, good breakfast, free hot drinks machine upstairs. Great location. Would stay again but I’ve been twice now and I’ve pretty much seen everything in Krakow :)

Well located hotel with some flaws

We stayed at the hotel for a 4 night stay in December 2025. The hotel is well located for central Krakow, but has a number of things that let it down. The room we stayed in was very dark with little natural light. When we requested a room change, this could not be accommodated. Service in the hotel was not great, no real warmth or interaction from any of the staff, and no conversation when we checked out. If you are looking for a reasonably priced and well located hotel, without too may frills this may suit you.

Hotel is perfectly located between the main square and Wavel Castle. It’s a stunning hotel with beautiful rooms. The decor is all period styled and really compliments the age of the hotel. However…. Apart from the man who initially checked us in, the staff are awful!! The most miserable staff I’ve ever seen at a hotel. No smiles, no politeness, no interaction…. Just bland and boring!
Would I stay again, yes probably as the staff are just a small part of our stay. The location, the fixtures and fittings are all brilliant and I have no complaints on that side. Please teach your staff to speak to guests, a little smile and even a good morning from the stern faced breakfast waitress would go a long way to making the experience perfect.
It’s good hotel, let down by miserable staff.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Very close to all the things but on a quieter street. AC works well. Very good value for what you get.

Great location. Near citycentre but quiet. Big room and new bathroom.
Breakfast more than good enough.
Helpful staff.
