I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Wielopole in Krakow! The interior of the hotel was not really my cup of tea, but the hotel itself was very clean, fresh, and welcoming. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and they made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.
The location was also absolutely perfect, right beside the Old Town and practically in the heart of Krakow. It was very convenient for exploring both the northern and southern parts of the city.
The public transport connections were also excellent. There were 3 or 4 tram stops just 2 minutes from the hotel, with most tram lines passing through, making it incredibly easy and convenient to get around.
Thank you for a wonderful experience - I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recomend

Good location (near old town) and very friendly staff. Breakfest was pretty mid. Otherwise, no complaints.

Warning to bike travelers: the hotel does not allow you to bring your bike to your room or to store it anywhere else. Your choice is either to put it on the street (NOT going to do that!) or pay to get it stored at the hotel across the street. They did not provide any explanation that made any sense. This policy is not mentioned on the hotels webpage or on the booking platforms. I have travelled on my bike in many countries and I have never experienced this before! The staff was sweet and they just followed management instructions. If you are not traveling on a bike, the hotel is fine.

Perfect hotel for visiting Krakow

Perfect location, polite and nice personnel at the hotel. Good breakfast.
Room cleaning is good as well. Good value for money.

Good hotel

A very good room with all the amenities. Excellent service at the reception: friendly, professional, and helpful. However, the breakfast was very poor; the bread seemed stale, and the quality of the products was poor.
