Very nice hotel
I had a very pleasant stay. The staff at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was modernly furnished, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was also always nice and attentive.
The breakfast is absolutely recommended – large selection and very good quality. A special compliment also goes to the bar team, which takes care of the guests in a very dedicated and attentive manner.
Overall, an all-around successful stay. I would love to come back!

Need to improve cleanliness
Please make sure that prior to assign rooms an inspection is done, i dont need to see the hair of previous users In the bathroom. Also the electrical switched and TV remote control must be properly cleaned to make sure Hyatt standards are met.

Overall it was OK. Location was 30 min walk to Old Town, tram wasn't operated, otherwise would be a nice location. Would be great to have slippers and shower cap in the room instead of having to ask receptionist twice for them. We could hear sounds of upper room's guests (when they walked, coughed) from the room.

very crowded
They do an amazing job, but they are consistently full and awfully crowded. Breakfast is delicious, but amazingly crowded, no matter what time you go. Also, it takes 20 minutes to get an Uber or Bolt out of that place. I am really impressed with the staff, they are amazing and so patient, they handle hundreds of people every hour. But the place is so busy, it became unlivable. Too cheap?

Relaxing adventure.
