Good hotel. Good rooms. Pool was small and partially booked for pensioner swimming one evening when we were there! Cheap and easy to Uber into the centre. Good parking but not cheat at 70 per night. The hotel could do more to ensure foreign guests are aware of the clean air zone. (Luckily we'd remembered to Google it beforehand.)

A Smooth Stay Thanks to Excellent Breakfast and Helpful Staff

Our stay at Novotel Kraków City West was very pleasant and exactly what we needed ahead of an early flight the next day.
Breakfast was a real highlight — good quality, well organized, and offering a nice variety to start the day right. It made the short stay feel comfortable rather than rushed.
Special thanks go to Polina at the reception, who truly did her best to make us happy with what she had available. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help did not go unnoticed and made a real difference to our experience.
Overall, a good, smooth stay and a reliable choice, especially when traveling early the following morning. We would happily stay again.

The staff are all very kind and helpful, while still acting professionally and formally. The breakfast was very good and parking is abundant. Despite it being crowded at times, the staff are able to manage this effectively and efficiently. I recommend this hotel for those willing to see the city.

Out of centre of town hotel with good breakfast, games room and clean bedrooms. Staff very helpful. Extremely busy throughout our stay - breakfast was especially chaotic.

Room was basic, pool was basic but kids can play in shallow area. Breakfast was fabulous! Walkable to grocery and nearby restaurants! Not thrilled about 70pln as a daily parking rate.
