Fantastic place to stay
I absolutely love this place! The location is great. Tram stop meters away (the noise did not bother us) and the tram stop was easy to remember - Korona . Our room was generous in size, great to have a fridge!! A local shop was just around the corner (got extra milk and water). The hotel was very informative, I messaged them 7days before as stated in the booking. I received the codes to check-in at 2pm and we got in with no problem. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and I would stay again. Also the bed was very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay

Would not recommend
We regret to inform you that our holiday in this hotel is becoming an issue. We booked a five-night stay thinking of staying in a four-star hotel but we find ourselves having a room where the TV does not work and the bed is not as required with a double mattress, we found a bed with two single mattresses joined. We are also forced to have breakfast in another hotel two blocks from here having a strong discomfort not being able to use the bathroom and having to go up and down the two hotels. Last night we found the room cold because the window was open. We also found the bed unmade, we took pictures to show you how we found it. We're sorry to tell you, but our vacation is ruined. When we booked you had to advise that breakfast was not in the same hotel because we would never book! Now we are forced for five days to have breakfast going up and down the two hotels. For a stay like this you do not charge a four-star hotel rate!!!

Regarding the bed configuration — two single mattresses joined together is a very common hotel setup used in many properties to allow flexibility for both twin and double arrangements, depending on guest preference. If a different configuration was preferred, our team would have been happy to assist during your stay had we been informed.
Concerning the TV, we do have support available throughout the stay, and any technical issue can always be reported so it can be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, we were not contacted about this during your stay.
As for the room temperature and the window, housekeeping and maintenance do not leave windows open after preparing a room, so we assume this may have been the case during use. If there were any concerns about comfort, we would always encourage guests to let us know so we can assist immediately.
Regarding breakfast, as communicated prior to arrival, it is served in our nearby partner property. We understand this may not suit every preference, however this information is shared in advance and forms part of the current service arrangement.
We are sorry that your overall impression is negative, as this is not the experience we aim to provide. Your comments have been noted and will be reviewed carefully by our team.

Value for money
Mid range hotel, good for the money. The room was cleaned daily. It was fine using the code for the main door and the hotel room. We had no issues. The sister hotel was only a five minute walk for breakfast and the staff were very helpful. There is plenty of choice for the breakfast. We had a meal in the restaurant on one occasion and the chef accommodated my food allergy very well. We did have an issue with the tv, but it was fixed the same day. The hotel is about 35 minute walk to the old town, but you can get a tram or an Uber easily enough. There is some tram noise, but it isn’t much of a problem.

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful Hotel. Room is great, well equiped, very clean and immaculate. Cleaned every day. The whole building is spotless. Easy to access with code sent night before. Breakfast was at sister hotel Xerion and was lovely. You can leave your case at Xerion on your last day and have a cuppa while waiting for a lift on last day. Look forward to returning.
