Lovely Holywell in a beautiful setting, within easy walking distance to sites, restaurants and train. Super breakfast choices. Only downside was bed was too soft for our personal taste

By far one of my favorite hotels in this price point. The most spectacular breakfast ever offered by a hotel. Clean, well organized and lots of home made local options. We accidentally slept in one day and was so so sad we missed breakfast. The service desk was also exceptional, we lost a couple things and they helped us find them. Rooms were clean and the check in cleanings were solid. The pool was nice, a bit crowded but the beautiful views made up for it. The locker rooms could have been cleaner but we just headed back to our rooms to change anyway. It seems a bit farther from city center on a map but it’s really not. Very accessible by bus and trains and a quick 5-20 min to lots of restaurants. We heart Qubus! We plan on going back to Krakow and most defined plan on staying here again.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Great location in a good area close to nice restaurants, also a short nice walk across the river to the Jewish quarter which was our families favourite area.
The breakfast was also really enjoyable.
The view from the swimming pool was also great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay again.

When checking out after 3 days we found a shoe under one bed and hair assecories under second bed.
One very small and very used pillow in each bed, so asked the maid after first night for 2 extra, she would bring later but never got them.
One bed had a contact to turn on light just behind my sons head, which during the night he couldnt avoid hitting several times, lightning up the whole room . Strange place to put a contact with that bed configuration.
