New Year trip to Mazury.

Gorgeous lake views even on Winter!! Very peaceful and calming hotel experience despite families with young children. Multiple indoor pools to enjoy and relaxing SPA area. Breakfast was crowded but delicious and vast selection. Dinner choices were combination of Polish and intercontinental cuisine. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Nice area to walk even with snow!

The hotel offers many activities, but you can't play billiards or bowling. Although the hotel states that it operates from 8 AM to 10 PM, when you arrive and ask if you can do these activities, the answer is that there are too few people, so it's not allowed. When asked what indoor activities are available, it turns out that everything ends at 7 PM, and they only suggest outdoor activities. Very disappointing due to misleading offers and unavailable activities.

The hotel is pretty good, but the activities they offer are not always available. In my case, the bowling alley should have been open, but when I tried to book a time for the bowling alley, they said it was closed for no reason. And so with all the activities they offer, they write that they should work, but nothing works.

hotel for small children and their parents

Facilities for parents with small children have turned into a dedication to this group. The beautiful location, design and beauty of this hotel is not for guests 50+. If you want to relax and unwind in peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. The pool and jacuzzi are occupied by parents with their children. The only beach with a slide and children's houses is not a place for a quiet chillout. The hotel does not have another beach. The management is trying to "calm down" the situation by creating a quiet zone on the 1st floor of the hotel. What good is it when you can hear the clatter of running children above your heads. A separate "no kids zone" room has been created in the restaurant, but children have their own buffet table and you have to be careful not to bump a toddler into a hot plate. You may also wonder why a cigar smoking room is needed in a hotel? How many cigar smokers will there be per 100 guests? Five? I would rather make a beach of peace on the opposite side of the hotel, where there is a pier, but it is not developed. I would introduce late afternoon hours for adults only at the pool. This is just a suggestion for hotel managers to think about. I really like children and I will recommend this hotel to my daughter to come here with her grandchildren, but I probably won't come back here.
Unless the hotel takes a step towards 50+ customers and changes something, because
after all, this group is very important from a business perspective.

Christmas at the hotel

We spent Christmas 2023 with our family.
Everything was at the highest level.
The staff was very nice and helpful, the meals were tasty and varied, the room was spacious and clean.
Overall, a well-deserved 5+.
