Very nice, modern and clean hotel at just 100m from the main square in the city centre.

Not the best hotel to choose

Arrival at friday 14-8 and checkout on wednesday 19-8 the hotel is too far from restaurants you need a car to go somewhere. The whole interior is very dated. Saturday there was a wedding party. You could not use restaurant or bar all was closed due to wedding. When we wanted to sleep the room was like a disco. I added the screenshot from the decibel in my room. I made complain at receptiondesk but the did not care. I could leave and checkout but no refund.
There was no management available and the reception refused to call the boss because she was sleeping. The party did go on and as a Little extra the firealarm did go off 2 times. The breakfast on saturday i skipped. There was only a few breadcrumbs and empty plates for cheese or meat. And the tables that where free to sit had all the plates and mugs from the breakfast another guest consumed but it was not cleaned and Dirty.

Unfortunately, low standard and poor Service!

We stayed in a nice newly renovated room (family) on the top floor. When we arrived it was hot and we immediately discovered that the AC did not work. We let them know at the front desk and they'd look into it. Nothing happened and we asked if they had fixed it which they could not. We then got a freestanding fan that was loud and barely working. At night we woke up to it raining through the vent in the ceiling. It dripped and we had to try to save the carpet with towels. The following day I asked for compensation for this but was directed to an email address. I sent an email but have not yet received a reply. How bad!

Simple accommodation for one night with potential if the service was better.

We stayed 1 night passing through with two families. We had booked through the same booking but got rooms far apart on different floors. The room upstairs was leaking water and a large body of water was on the floor. The pool area was great for the kids. Food okay.
